Will the mobile apps be ready for delivery to be used as Key or to lock/unlock and control everything inside ... once mass deliveries begin?

I think that's the thought, but almost none of us have cars yet to know. The two people that have the One haven't said anything about the mobile apps (that I've seen, anyway).
