The more I see Solar Orange, the more I like it. Fisker's site only says that it'll be available in 2023. I'm at around number 40,000 in line but am planning on ordering the Extreme, which will bump me up. I doubt that I could delay my order a bit to get that color. I'm guessing of course, but I'd probably have to cancel and reorder, which I don't see myself doing. Anyone of you have some info?

No idea yet. I still think that the Extreme will get Solar Orange mid 2023 when it starts getting delivered.

I would think that the fact that one of their test vehicles is that color is a good sign, but that's just more guesswork on my part.

Oh no... I'd be happy waiting for it if I could delay a bit, but again, I'm assuming that would put me at the back of the line. I'm also assuming that I'll be able to order before the third quarter. I am assuming that come Jan 2023, we can convert our reservations to orders for the ultra, just like the ocean ones.. And we will be able to chance our colour selection and options closer to when our actual orders are ready to be produced, as fisker has mentioned this in small print. So i am still very hopeful to get solar orange, as production of Ultras are not starting until q3 of 2023- which would be July to September post second half of the year and solar orange will be available to us!!

Why am I only able to select a trim, but not fully configure or design my Fisker Ocean?
Selecting a trim will provide reservation holders with an Order Agreement. An Order Agreement may aid Fisker customers in the procurement of future Federal incentives. All customers with a confirmed order will be allowed to configure their Fisker Ocean at a later date and prior to your vehicle being built.

It’s a cool color! It would have been in the running if the ONE offered it but my wife has this thing against Orange . I have three guitars that are orange and she doesn’t like them. Ugh.

It’s an in your face color. Maybe it’s a guy thing. I can’t see a lot of women ordering that color. Hope I’m wrong about that

Well speaking as a woman I love orange cars and I hope I can get solar orange on my Ultra. I hate all the boring car colors. I want yellows and oranges.

@Deafsoundguy You may be right. I have a friend who wanted an orange Subaru Crosstrek, and his wife said no. He bought a boring gray.

I didn't take "no" for an answer back then (although my wife said the same)! It was excellent in the snow back in Michigan and easy to be seen! Sometimes, I miss this one...fun in an unexpected way.

I'm planning on buying an Extreme unless all of the features of Intelligent Pilot will be optional on the Ultra, meaning that I'll be in the first group of reservation holders to be able to buy one. Hopefully there will be enough people ahead of me buying an Extreme that I won't get the call until Orange is available.
