If development has just started, I don't anticipate it being used in any vehicle in the next 6-12 months.

Maybe early Ocean owners will get a sweet deal to upgrade their existing 1st Gen battery with these new thingys.

Fisker did say they anticipate new hardware to be available in three years and they'll upgrade early Ocean owners if they pay for it....👀
