That exchange rate is a real gut punch. Can you imagine if we were even close to par? What the use of having all this oil if it doesn't give us that oh so sweet currency boost.
Amen. I'm all for people that can afford a $90k+ car, but that ain't for me at this point. One day. The currency exchange is definitely the problem, because it's not like we make more in Canada. Us and Canada are both about $70k median household income in their respective currencies. $69k Extreme vs $89k, it's different classes.

Not to mention that 7500 Fed. tax credit for One buyers. That's like 10K CAD. So hard to compete with that. And stated like Oregon double that credit.

If people start configuring and locking in Extremes before all ONE’s are processed……😡
I can see why Fisker may want to do that. They may want to be able to make them in batches with paint, or to make sure they have the right mix of interior trims, whatever. I believe most, if not all, of the Ones will be delivered before any Extreme. Just my gut though, so it means nothing lol.

The One and Extreme are the same car do it makes sense to group them together.
Yeah, sort of. But not when you repeatedly tell your earliest customers with the most OOP risk that they would be receiving theirs first and most likely by end Q2/early Q3.
At least move up the remaining ONE reservation holders to finish their build specs and get their number assigned before you start that process with extreme reservation holders. Its all about “appearances”, and HF needs to have the most positive customer facing experience out there to help this bird fly high and straight.

There was a blurb somewhere (I think on their site?) that said that no other Ocean will be delivered to a geographical area before all the Ones had been delivered. I’ll go back and see if I can find it. :)

I remember that as well. Just saying they should 100% complete the ONE orders (lock ins and build confirmation numbers) before even beginning to finalize extremes.
