Magna Steyr’s CO2 neutral factory is the home of production for the Fisker Ocean.
The Fisker Ocean will begin deliveries at the end of 2022. Built in Graz, Austria at Magna Steyr’s CO2 neutral factory. Fisker’s mission is to build the world’s most sustainable electric vehicle. Magna’s CO2 neutral factory is key to Fisker’s vision of building a sustainability company.

Henrik tweeted a post production video of his recent visit with the Fisker team to the CO2 neutral factory. Also, he stated the company will start deliveries of the Fisker Ocean “on time” in November of this year both in US and Europe. Exciting news if you are a Fisker Ocean reservation holder!

Wondering why prototypes (Fisker Ocean) are built 9 months
before SOP (start of production) on November 17, 2022

Here's the answer....
Fisker last week said the first of 50 pre-production examples were now being built at the Magna plant.
Pre-production vehicles are typically used for final testing as well as for certification and registration purposes.
They also provide plant employees with an opportunity to iron out any production snags before the first customer examples are built.

I've many times over the years read road tests of pre-production cars. Hopefully this will happen with the Ocean. Being a startup, I imagine they want as much press as possible.
