356 miles of charge in less than a minute.
356 miles of charge in less than a minute.
Yes, impressive speed and efficiency! 37 kWh in less than one minute (rounding up to one minute) that charged at 2220 kW average! Even more impressive speed slows down as you approach 100%. Also 356 miles on 37 kWh is 9.62 miles/kWh!!! I may be reading the screen wrong though.
So now we know for sure there are software bugs!

  • The picture shows a current range of 356 miles.
  • It also shows 356 miles added in the last charge, so the charge was 0-100%
  • That 100% charge was 37kWh, so the battery is much smaller than we thought!
  • 356 miles out of 37kWh would be (at least) Aptera levels of efficiency.
  • Adding 37kWh in a minute is not feasible without a battery swap.
Less than 1 min (ago of charging session)
356 miles (total)
Added 37kwh

I don't read that as being buggy. Either the "1 min" was time since last charge &/or "356 miles added" was since the car was last driven (ie car had been unplugged then plugged back in to top off for the photo). That's not a problem with bugs, but with simply tweaking the wording.

Anyone else notice that the car that was just delivered to Henrik in Los Angeles, is now showing in downtown Juneau Alaska according to the vehicles GPS?

A) Why would anyone need to know when their last charge was?

2) I'm guessing if this is the real software that the firmware had some kind of an update done that resets some numbers but not others. IE: Charging time reset to zero, miles added reset to maximum value (and likely the total range as well). kWh added was not reset. My Bolt EV would lose the trip efficiency numbers from a firmware update but not the trip meter.
Nothing to see here. As everyone knows, batteries charge way faster up there in Juneau. It's the cool weather.

On my i4 I have on the BMW application the distance run on each trip, the kwh by charge and can get the total cost based on the tarif at home. I have the summary by month and the year to date.

Apparently this was intentional because of the Alaska pickup truck model they are going to be making.
Oh man. Henrik can't don't anything right. So many screwups even on This post...! The mans a comedian... Needs to stop posting.

One thing you can't say about Henrik is he lies. Remember when he promised solid state batteries ... You all were laughing. Even the company that he was working with was a scam... Well we got to eat humble pie. Not only is this a solid state battery charging at 37kw in 1 minute but the efficiency on this thing... 357 miles on 37kw... No wonder he got Boeing Engineers involved..

Well done Henrik!

Keep posting and us entertained.

He is using his Ocean simulator at home.
Maximum charging current is 32A. That’s 11 hours to charge 0-100%. Wow. We couldn’t get 48A, or is also photoshopped?

Looks like the driver has the option to set that specific to their EVSE. At least in that photo there are < > selectors
