According to Fisker, the Ocean will start at $37,499 USD, and will cost $29,999 USD after the U.S. federal tax credit is applied.

At $37,499 before credits the Ocean is priced very nicely against the competition. It's the second cheapest electric SUV behind the Hyundai Kona Electric.

It's amazing that they are still sticking with this price structure. I always wanted a Tesla but the way they jacked the price up for the Model Y it's no longer an option. I'm sure it has something to do with them being sold of the Model Y and the rumor of the increase federal incentive that will include them but still. This Fisker is priced extremely competitively.
