Looking around the Fisker site and saw that they had 45 jobs posted today and have 219 total job postings.

Looks like a good sign to me….ramping up (saw a bunch of jobs related to Brand Experience Centers)…..

Yes, it could be a good sign or a bad sign considering this post from 3 months ago with 218 job openings.

Of interest, the first job I saw was "Experience Center Store Manager" for the Grove. I also found store manager positions for Oslo & Stockholm which were not part of the initial Experience Centers. I also see a few positions for "Fisker's comprehensive charging network solution and manage relationships with various vendors" so interest to see their plan for charging.

I had a look through the list of positions - company is looking for mainly for PR, sales, service and HW/SW design specialists to support the service.
Based on the list of positions I have a feeling it may require years to build up a reliable service network. Even if the best service provider will be selected (COX Automotive, etc.), all engineering support and OTA must be originated by OEM (MAGNA and Fisker) together.
The future Ocean owners have to understand this problem, be ready and be patient.

I am intrigued to see how often Fisker decides to push updates. I have been getting OTA updates on my Tesla once every two or three months now.
I doubt you will see them with that frequency unless they are recall related. I think Fisker is going to need to grow their team substantially to provide the level of service many of the Tesla owners in the reservation queue are going to expect. Growing pains will be shared by all.
