Well maybe not because smaller frame will mean shorter battery = less range, but it is normal for a city car. In Europe some are complaining that Ocean is too big in old towns with narrow streets. Anyway there is an interesting market for that kind of car and I reserved one for my wife. Hope to get more details very soon.
