Since people are putting $5,000 down non-refundable, I assume this means Fisker essentially has to guarantee the minimum content and specs from the press kit, right? Range must be 350+ miles. 0-60 must be at or below 3.6 seconds, Etc. The car must have off road mode and all features listed, like premium air filtration, ambient lighting, etc.

What would happen if even one spec couldn’t be met? I assume refunds would need to be offered, right?

All info subject to change. Nothing is guaranteed as far as I know.

I'm sure range will be close to that number, but it's not certified yet. Here's hoping they're conservative with their numbers.

At this point, I'm pretty sure everything advertised for the ONE is pretty much a lock. You can expect features to be pretty much what we see. If any changes come about, they'll probably be minor or negligible.

That said, we don't have any info and we won't know until later this year like Ranger said. Here's hoping Fisker keeps their word.

If anyone that reserved the One can share the terms and conditions, that should specify what Fisker needs to deliver (but my guess is that it will be very Fisker friendly)

Yup, no features/range guaranteed...

Certain Features and Battery Range; Updates. You understand that we have not yet commenced production of the Fisker Ocean and some advertised features may not be available or may be available after delivery of your Fisker Ocean One via an over-the-air update. You likewise understand that the stated battery range has been estimated using Fisker’s internal simulations. The Fisker Ocean has not yet completed NHTSA certification or certification of the battery range and the advertised battery range is subject to change upon such certification. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant to us that you understand that your Fisker Ocean One configuration may change prior to execution of the final sales agreement.
In theory, they could even change delivery charges to $50k and you would be on the hook or lose your deposit.

They could but will not, they have a cie to start. It is not more restricting than any other electric car Cie.
