I take it as a good sign. At least it indicates they really do plan on delivering Ultras and Sports in 2023 and not just build Extremes.

Me too but we aren't going to get it until we finalize our configuration in Jan. I will just assume it will be late 2023 and anything better than that will be a nice surprise .

Sure seems that way, Hotlce. In the FAQ on Fisker Inc. it says your place is line is determined by when you convert to an order - along with other variables like where you are.

Thank you! My buddy placed a deposit down for one like three months ago. Is he SOL on the $49,999 price then? I'm assuming we'll see Ultra orders open up again in Jan or is that it?

There is no such thing as a reservation for an ultra. The reservations are all the same until converted to orders.

Yeah, I meant that he had a reservation spot, and he wanted an Ultra but did not convert to an order for an Ultra. Is he SOL or will he be contacted again next year like it was planned?

Fisker needs to wake up and realize that the ULTRA is King, and pull in Ultra SOP to January 2023!

I'm just guessing here, but I believe once 2023 comes and Magna has the machine running, Fisker will not be taking "Reservations" anymore.
It will be like any other car company where you go to the website, order, and wait for a long lead time. I also estimate that the lead time will continue to decrease as time goes by.
