By opting out, you are not forced to use binding arbitration; you are also able to join any class action suits. Even if you opt out, you can still choose binding arbitration but have other options as well.
I'm also debating on whether I should opt out or not. Any more thoughts folks have on this?
On one hand I feel like it's a no brainer to opt out just in case. On the other hand, any concerns of Fisker finding some bogus reason to cancel my order bc of opting out?
You can take them tho court for canceling order ... similar to how Twitter is taking Musk to court. If fisker by then commits to 5k Ones and after that courte rule in your favor, I guess you could own the 5001st One. It's for this reason they will not cancel your order.
