Not sure why it didn't charge. But it can happen if the SOC is 84 and the charge setting is 85. If you set it to 90, I bet it would start charging.

Regarding the blue light, that issue I haven't seen. I usually have my charge door closed and don't see the light.
Yeah. That has happened to me a few times, that it has stopped charging 1% before reaching the set limit. Especially when using level 3 chargers.

I just got update 2.2 tonight.

New features:

Regen on both axles: With regenerative braking available on both axles, vehicle dynamics will be improved (for AWD vehicle only).

External power outlet (US market): The external power adapter can now be connected to the charge port of US vehicles and be used as a power outlet for AC-powered accessories. This feature is also now enabled from the Charging screen on the Central Touchscreen in US vehicles.

Additional exterior lighting activation: During the day and night, additional exterior lighting such as the grille lamp and rear tail lamps are activated along with the daytime running lights. Activated lighting varies per market.

Performance improvements:

Software changes in the brake module to address all diagnostic trouble codes related to the drag torque control and to enhance the vehicle brake system’s ability to adapt to various driving scenarios.

Software changes to remove inner door handle pull and gear change to PARK as triggers which deployed the outer door handles. Deployment will now be triggered when: (1) door is opened/ajar OR (2) door is unlocked by the key fob, smartphone app, or inner door lock switch.

Algorithm changes to better estimate vehicle range based on the remaining state of charge (SoC).

Ocean’s energy management system enhancements during normal operation and OTA updates to better maintain your vehicle battery’s state of charge (SoC) and reduce passive battery drainage.

Climate controls optimization to mitigate fogging at near freezing temperature

Other bug fixes and performance enhancements
I know you have 12V battery monitor. Can you post 12 volt Voltatge chart while update SW2.2?

I have yet to drive my Ocean since the 2.2 update. Here's what I'm seeing.

After installation, I noted that the HV charger remained plugged in, but I went to the car in the morning, and SoC was 252 miles. I had lost over 50 miles of range during the update. Ok, I said: we were warned that it consumes alot, so I had maintained the charge (85% setting) at 304 miles.

I noted that it would not enter a charging state after unplugging and reconnecting the HV charger - saying 'fully charged' at 252 miles - so I removed it; locked the car, and plugged it in again the following morning, at which point it accepted the charge connection and began charging, and achieved full charge of 304 miles. I left it that way.

Next morning (today), I looked at Soc: 252 miles again. It depleted 52 miles of range again, just sitting there, in one day. Unplugging/plugging back in: same problem: "fully charged". I unplugged it and am waiting for deep sleep. I also checked Soc on the 12v battery when I unplugged the HV charger: 12.3v.

Something bad is going on. I don't feel comfortable driving this POS yet.

Question:

Does this thing have to be LOCKED in order to avoid a depletion of over 50 miles of range overnight? Why doesn't this sorry software realize a drain is happening, and reactivate HV charging, if the HV charger remains plugged in?? It hasn't before, but it's always managed to 'sleep' with the HV charger plugged in and the car unlocked in the past. Now, on 2.2, it doesn't seem to - and I'm not sure things will change if I lock it regardless.

This is very irritating. These software devs are clearly not sufficiently competent.
Hello 50 mile decrease means about 14 KW used for SW update.
Do you have 12 V battery monitor?
If yes, Can you post or send Chart of Voltage and or SOC of 12 volt battery monitor?
following is my FOE's last Saturday, still SW2.0

Not exactly sure since my wife drove the car around before coming back home where it was at 74%. She noticed the update shortly after she left the house. Since we were driving the car off and on throughout the day we were fortunate the update happened while we were home for a few hours this afternoon. We didn’t know we got the update until she drove it.

We got an update yesterday too.
We live in Florida, and have a FOO with 2.0 and a FOE that had 2.1 but now 2.2.
The FOO was at home on the charger, while my wife went to Walmart with the FOE.
When she got back out in the car and put it in reverse, it put itself back in park, then the main screen displayed "Software update" "Installing Software" "In case of emergency pull handle twice to manually open door".
Of course she understood what was happening, so she called me and said that she would be sitting there and wait for the update to finish.
It seems like it took about 30 minutes or so until finished and the main screen went back to normal.
She checked the software version that said 2.2 and then drove home.
We now have a "Hill Descend" telltale, the lock/unlock sound has changed and she can feel that the Regen feels better.
We don't know if this was only the first or second half of 2.2.
Our FOO is patiently still waiting for a 2.2 update.

The hill descent error indicates you don't have the full update yet. You will probably get it over the next 24 hours. Be careful not to interrupt it.

Excellent, I thought it was something like that.
Also I don't think she saw the, congratulations you have been updated, screen yet.

Now we just have to hope that the second update doesn't happen at the same time as Milton interrupts both the cellular and WiFi connection to the car, within the next 24 hours. 😎

Got OS 2.2 OTA update for my FOU while parking at work today. First I noticed a different sound unlocking the car, then the welcome video reappeared and the installation complete pop-up. Only 3% battery drop from 54% to 51% after the update.
Driving dynamics is the same as 2.1, but I had to re-add profile, reconnect WiFi, and re-adjust climate control. Happy to have new V2L feature and guess-o-meter before our weekend road trip.

What time of the day you noticed it, and which time zone are you?

Thanks for everyone posting your experience with the 2.2 update. Most are reporting only a few percent reduction in SoC. I'm happy to hear this as it's been a PITA trying to keep my car above the recommended 80% SoC for the past month. Knowing the update doesn't have a huge impact on SoC is super helpful.

I've been watching the 2.2 update stats on Fisker fi the last few days. Of those registered on that site, only 4-5 cars are being updated each day with over 280 more to go. At this rate, and assuming there are many cars not registered there, it will take several months to get all our cars updated. Hopefully, the pace will pick up.

i received my update a few days ago (about a week prior my software updated to 2.1) at first, I noticed that i went from 2.1 to 2.2 in the "current software' by checking the software version in on main screen which i have been checking recently looking for updates but there were no changes i could detect (i.e. no V2L option under energy, no new sounds, and no message of a software update after boot-up). A day later when I opened the car, I heard a new sound and saw the "software has been updated" message on the main screen.

Caution - I did have to reset things and was able to engage daytime running lights for the first time, but I missed the fact that the update turned my headlight setting from "auto" to "off" which i did not catch until I pulled off the freeway and drove down a dark road.
