Those EPA estimates (and WLTP for Ultra/Sport) are the estimates they have had for the last year and a half.
They received the WLTP certification for the One/Extreme with 707 km range, however, they have not done the Ultra yet (or EPA for any). The Extreme estimate used to be 630 km; with the official WLTP, they updated the range to 707 km but have not change the estimated range for Ultra. Once they get the official Ultra WLTP, the range will increase significantly (guessing 680-690 km range). One interesting thing though regarding the range that I've seen for the first time is discrepancy in estimated EPA and WLTP range for Ultra trim (page 28):
Extreme: 350 miles EPA/ 707 km WLTP
Ultra: 340 miles EPA/610 km WLTP
I understand the disclaimers about both numbers being estimates for Ultra trim, but 10 mile difference in EPA between Extreme and Ultra vs 97 km in WLTP seems odd. As an Ultra reservation holder, my expectation was that Ultra/Extreme/One would have the same battery pack and very similar range and that the difference would be minimal due to availability of torque vectoring and solar roof on higher trims. Hope that this is just a typo and that real world difference is 3%, not 15%.
The 10 mile difference was supposedly due to the solar roof…One interesting thing though regarding the range that I've seen for the first time is discrepancy in estimated EPA and WLTP range for Ultra trim (page 28):

That makes sense. Thank you for the detailed explanation. They received the WLTP certification for the One/Extreme with 707 km range, however, they have not done the Ultra yet (or EPA for any).
