Letter to Henrik Fisker,

"Dear Henrik, I'm a concerned Oceanforum Member
who has witnessed the SLOW introduction of
the Fisker Ocean to the general buying pubilic.

It almost seems like Chinese WaterTorture......
with drip, drip, drip of valuable tidbits of information.

However, NOW IS THE TIME!
The time to confront the negative information,
such as the Bloomberg news article, which denigrates the Fisker Ocean Launch

Please, Henrik,
Now is the time to get ahead of this narrative.....
better to be pro-active rather than reactive to Bloomberg.

I strongly recommend, I implore you, to finally release the Fisker Ocean ONE
to the greater Journalistic World for some real-life, real tire-ticking, real stories
of the Fisker Ocean ONE

I have compiled a group of TEN worthy and proven to be independent Car Reviewers
who could collectively properly assess the attributes, both positive and negative of the Ocean ONE

NOW IS THE TIME!
Allow these Journalistic Hounds....
to snoop around and discover the nuggets of goodness in the Ocean ONE.....
to salivate over the Ocean recyclable upholstery.....
to navigate the esses of the local roads......
to lay black patches across the tarmac of a closed road....
to open and shut all the doors, trunk, windows.....
to gauge the sound quality of the HyperSound System....
to play with the haptic touch buttons of the swivable touch screen....

The Oceanforum World now know and love the wonderful attributes of the Fisker Ocean ONE

468 HorsePower, 707 km/440 mile range, 0-60 mph 3.8 sec, 5365 lbs/2439 kg, 56.7 cu ft/ 918 litres total cargo

So, Henrik, it's time to walk the plank....
Take a chance on the INDEPENDENT car reviewers.....
Let the WHOLE Car buying public REALLY get independent and unbiased reviews on the Fisker Ocean
Let's take a chance....
Follow the 80/20 Rule....
8 out of 10 will LOVE the Fisker Ocean or
2 out of 10 will LOVE IT!

So how many Ocean Ones have been actually delivered?
There was the first customer - where there were rumors of issues.
There was one to HF in Germany, I think - which was weird as it should have been another customer.
Haven't seen any other news of deliveries. Why?
And there was a limited video on the infotainment system which looked way simple and kinda cheap.
Any updates?

If you go to FiskerInc, they post their press releases with all the information.

Ramping up. I've heard that before....
is USA homogolation even completed yet?

There is no need for US homologation to ramp up and deliver cars. They announced to me in January that my One would be delivered in the first quarter, so my expectation was that it would be one of the first Oceans on the roads. Since US homologation is even more delayed than in the EU, I thought deliveries would speed up for EU customers.
So according to the Fisker PR department, production is ramping and deliveries will start in June. So all the visibility about first and second customer shipments was a big smoke screen. The first customer is not commenting on the state of his vehicle, I assume no one else has seen it, otherwise it would be swarming with interested parties looking at quality, features, specs and infotainment. The other customer was HF, and that was even a bigger PR blunder - how crappy to give one to the founder when he already has numerous vehicles to use. Definitely not a customer-focused company when HF takes one for himself and probably hasn't even driven it yet.

The other smoke screen was vehicle speed. HF said he drove the vehicle fast and got a speeding ticked, although the ticket and speed was never shown. I can speed in a School Zone and get a ticket, that doesn't mean the vehicle is going all that fast, or that maybe it was being towed or 10 people pushing it.

And, please don't tell me to got to FiskerInc. for updates. If we relied on their PR we'd really be in the dark.

Ha ha ha man.. you ask a simple question and resident Fisker defenders Ittybittyrosie and ocsteve too embarrassed to answer, they sending you to another website... I'll answer it for you. 2 delivered to Fisker itself. HF and an early investor. ... And people falling over themselve over Fisker's success. Let's see what end of this month brings... 32k Herink... Yeah keep dreaming. And oh.. before anyone says anything... It's all because of parts delay. They only had enough full parts to make 2 cars!
They only had enough full parts to make 2 cars!
What site shall I go to for the receipts on this defintive statement?
Maybe it's the site "that's the maximum number of cars they could make.com." They didn't deliver any other cars to "customers," and they sure had enough production capacity to do so.

Just some facts on danish speed tickets. Mostly it is a blink from a camera hidden along the Road. About 8 weeks later you get a letter from the police, with a foto of yourself and a speedticket. So HF is not able to show speed or ticket before He has the letter. And it will be phillip, who had delivery of the car who recieves the letter.
I was being sarcastic because, once again he speaks so vaguely that you can't get a definitive answer.
He could have easily said what speed he was doing and where to denounce the Bloomberg article. I would hope he did it safely. And why did he take the second vehicle instead of another customer? Maybe the Bloomberg article is accurate; who knows?

Because Denmark is digital and registration faster than Germany. He explained that, and thats a fact. Whether it is the real reason, who knows.

The second one (the one HF got) is registered in Germany. It would have been easy for me to pick it up in Munich. Or to use this car as a press car to start with reviews. Two weeks ago I thought they wanted to work with real customer reviews, like Björn started his career. Meanwhile I have the feeling that they really have problems.
I will wait and see and will be happy if the car drives surprisingly well.

Henrik and first customer wined and dined more than 1.5 years ago. Clearly not a true customer. He calls Henrik a business partner. Interesting though, that post was edited just 5 days ago.

If the dude bought a car, he's a customer.

Ha ha ha 🤣🤣🤣
Man don't know where to begin with that one. I've never seen anyone make a song and dance about and internal delivery. It's just to save face about... We did start to deliver. It's all some screen to buy time.

I have no respect for that kind of joke. Name me one other company that you have seen with food repute that gives its products as a launch to its internal investor a f inside man and call it a launch. If you cannot tell the difference between a customer and a customer then fine. Keep it with the kool Aid.

Sure apple, Google, lots of manufactures may give the owner his own car/gadget or even to their owners family etc etc .. but never have I seen it be as a launch event. Even if they did this, if they had followed on that day with another 300, that's cool because the 300 is the real deal. But they just did that one poop like a constipated rabbit and..er that's it for now folks. Shows over.. come back next month! Then another plop in Germany and constipation again!
