I don't know. It always seems like the people that buy that price range of car are the stingiest. BMW 7 or X7, Mercedes S or GLS, Audi A8 or Q7/Q8, and the Tesla S/X.

It's the people that buy above this price bracket that really don't blink in my experience.

I think we previously and definitively established that Fisker charges ~$1k more for matte paint, for standard metallic/gloss they are above market by ~$500 - $700 and that they are above market for speciality multilayer (solar orange). This data just consistent with previous findings: $3,000 for ultra red, $4,500 for solar orange.

Fisker has Red Planet listed at $1,500.

Solar orange is on fire! I would get it for my One if it was offered. But seriously, $4500 for multicoat is expensive, but a far cry from the $8k Mercedes is charging for custom colors.

Or Audi, or BMW, or Porsche.
