Not mine, but a user from FB. Not sure if he is on here. Good news nonetheless. 😀
California (so, yes? 😂)Were they in the USA?
Lock date was in early Nov.Great to know! Wonder when there order reservation date was.
Not sure those intervals will hold….Thanks! Mine was initially late Jan so final lock should be March, 2 months to build and then 2 months to ship. So mid-late Summer delivery. Kinda disappointed :/
Yes. But since they will group shipments, I would imagine it may be a different interval for some. But yes, we shall see… looking forward to my ONE! 😎Rep from the Orlando event said 2 months to build after final lock date and then two months to ship across the pond. Just estimates, we shall see…
I just proved with my wife’s car that it was possible to ship from probably the same port (Slovakia) all the way through the Panama Canal to California in 30 days so 2 months would be super pessimistic. Or, they are stretching time wherever they can. Also 2 months to build, it does make me wonder where all these post Nov 17 cars are going…..Rep from the Orlando event said 2 months to build after final lock date and then two months to ship across the pond. Just estimates, we shall see…
You canceled. No?In in Denmark, too. I received the same e-mail about choosing between delivery of my One in Copenhagen in March/April or postponing delivery. Guess what I chose.
That's odd because the Fisker guidance said two weeks if I remember correctly. I've had cars that were coming from Germany take about six to eight weeks so that makes sense.Rep from the Orlando event said 2 months to build after final lock date and then two months to ship across the pond. Just estimates, we shall see…
I do not think one implies the other. People locking on Jan 2 are going into build first half of Jan as planned. The delay in their delivery is mostly due to waiting for final software / homologation. It is not transportation. So Fisker will continue to build and stack completed inventory until the software / homologation is complete and then do a burst delivery. I would expect we will see folks get continue to get lock dates with the same March / April delivery. I would also expect a massive effort to deliver the first run by March 31 even though they are saying "march / april" right now. From what I have seen (mostly within the facebook group), I think a lot of people are going to be waiting for a couple more months than they believe to get their Ones. Based on the manufacturing timelines, I think most One owners will start to see there vehicles in May-June of next year at the earliest. About 1/5 may see them by March-April.
