Time to pay-to-play!

As a Tesla owner for almost 5-years now I'm all for this. Will help expedite Tesla's network expansion, upgrades as well as a solid new revenue stream. 💸

The membership fees is on the high side compared to other networks. However, it isn't required, which is nice. For infrequent travelling, just use the pay-per-use. For a longer trip, it may be worthwhile to sign up for 1 month.

$13 per month to save $0.10 per kWh. I don't know about other areas but Tesla Superchargers are considerably more than other providers in California. Superchargers are north of $0.50 per kWh; EA is $0.36/kWh with $4 monthly Pass+. With Teslas getting CCS adapter, Tesla will need to bring their prices down in line or Tesla drivers will start using other networks. For when (and if) they open their chargers to CCS; with their prices, my plan is to really only use them as a last resort.

Pricing varies widely depending on the local energy provider. By me it's in the $0.30-0.40/kWh range depending on time of day.
