In all of the tax kerfuffle we learned that "Upgrading an Ultra trim with all additional features standard to the Extreme would add almost $34,000 to the Ultra purchase price." So that gives us some basis for guessing on the cost of various options. Copy the list and paste your guesses. Closest to the goal wins a Fisker hat. (Or maybe not)

Options Ultra => Extreme

Extreme Upgrades to UltraCost Guesstimator
Smart Traction/Off-Road Mode*$ -
Winter Package*$ -
FI-Pilot Upgrade*$ -
HyperSound$ -
Revolve Screen$ -
Heated Mirrors / Wipers$ -
Dual Zone HVAC (Limo Mode)$ -
Ambient Lighting$ -
Solar Sky Roof$ -
Total$ 34,000
The * items are known to be available as options. Other items may not be available. According to Press Kit 2.22, the standard interior/paint/wheel is the same for Ultra and Extreme.

Your list looks good and seems to compute ✅

Your pricing for the solar roof seems a bit high.
Note polestar prices below. For $4200 you get a panoramic roof and a lot more. Now upgrade that to a solar roof ... maybe a couple grand more?
It can't cost almost as much as a real home solar installation ~$20k+

You have to price all these options insanely high in order to total $34k over the ULTRA. Are we sure he wasn't talking about the Extreme having $34k in options over the SPORT? That would make way more sense. The bigger better battery and additional motor would eat up 10k of it.

The above hints at possibly lifetime free OTA upgrades that may be priced on an optional basis for other models.

Yes, movies and games will be optional on other trims, standard on extreme. Also, features like “don’t curb your wheels” could be individual options. I’d say $500-$1000 would be fair for “don’t curb your wheels” on the ultra/sport.
Also, there is value in the increased range and power. I speculate final stats for extreme will be better than currently indicated.

To reach $34k, the option pricing seems a bit ludicrous or there may be some things that are not listed. Or maybe that's just me. My rough calculations could only get to about $20k or so.

i like how you have fine-funed the Optional Equipment Packages

May I suggest an additional Line item: Paint Upgrade (from Great White standard)?

Agree with you, Ultra with options cannot be $14k higher than the Extreme!

Also depends on how they itemize out the extras... for example, does choosing paint colors increase the price by 1500? What about interior options? Want something other than the standard seat material? 1200! All those little items COULD be optioned out. No idea if they will, but they could go that way.

The reason I did not put wheels and Paint and Interior colors is because according to the 2.22 press kit, all of these are Options on the Extreme. They may be included now. We do not know.

I would note that the Air Gliders are also listed as an "option" on the ONE in the press kit. So far those appear to be a zero-cost option for the One.

I don't think you can include paint options since all trims (besides the One) will have it.

Ultra at one point did have the 22" included in the trim list. But it's hard to say, how accurate the online/download files are at this point. The 22" wheels options can easily be $2500-3500.

I think the point of that statement from Fisker is that they are trying to drive home the value of what is included in the Extreme. That does not mean or have they indicated that you can get everything in the Ultra that you can get in the Extreme. The SolarRoof, for example, may just not be cost effective to add as an option. There are probably other examples like Limo Mode and maybe even the HyperSound stereo (that has an elaborate 6 speaker cluster in the front console according to the description). What I like about the Ultra is that I can add most/all of the things I care about with OTA updates according to the recent .pdf. So even if I just do paint and wheels when I buy it, I can add the other things later or try them out with a subscription. I find that liberating.
