Fisker already stated that it's a CATL battery. There was speculation that it might be their new 2023 Qilin, but the video from the production floor I believe confirms that it is
not.

If you watch that around the 1:50 mark and forward they explain that in Qilin they have eliminated the cross bars to get a more compact design. So what you are seeing in the image is the Qilin battery on the right and its predecessor on the left, with the cross bar. Given we can clearly see the bolts attached to the cross bar on the underside of the battery in the floor video, the Ocean doesn't have the Qilin battery.
I think thats fine actually. They went with current established technology, and the current generation battery is likely cheaper, so perhaps they spent the money on a nice a large pack, hopefully 90+ kwh.
