The MaliBlu on the pre-production vehicle making the rounds looks very nice in person but don't know if that is the finishes that will make the final product.

Ordered Black Abyss, considered the others again and again (and still am)…But I have both the white (off white) and black on each of my ID4s and “worry less” about the black with the kids, even though the white has been absolutely fine a year in….

FWIW, I was browsing the comments on Insta from Fisker official....
Black Abyss = Vegan Leather -- i.e. all smooth leather-like seats
Sea Salt = White Vegan Suede -- i.e. middle is suede-like seats (I am guessing like Alcantara -- altho Alcantara is a proprietary blend of plastics)
MaliBlu = Blue Vegan Suede -- same as Sea Salt but Blue....

I ordered the MaliBlu but I like the Sea Salt.. went with the MaliBlu because I weat dark denim.. and I don't know if the denim will rub off the white surfaces and slowly turning it MaliBlu over time..

The black abyss has both fabric and polyurethane (vegan leather) options. The fabric is standard, others optional.
