Thanks. I would like to see an interview at some point that includes all of them plus the FOA president.

For $50 a month, what you get does look good with IndiGO Tech. Connectivity, parts, and Fisker OS Version 3.0+ with adaptive cruise control. I would really love that. May be the FOA can reduce their dues to something like $5 a month if they are no longer paying for cloud services.

The problem I see is that this might just be vaporware, smoke blowing in our faces. If they do follow through with all their "promises", I perceive their goal is to dissolve owner representation (FOA) and then increase membership prices. I hope they will allow maintenance still to be done at EV Works. I don't want to travel to California for future fixes.

In any case, I and three others will be getting beta software updates to verify. I don't see FOA dissolving, more like redirecting their purpose. Since subscription is monthly, if prices go up dramatically, then you have the choice to quit. They need many owners to subscribe, so I don't see pricing to go out of control. Service locations with FAST should stay the same. They are looking to expand locations.

Matt, why did no one of the three OG’s on the video ask Will the “tough questions” in regard to AL’s / IndiGO’s distortions of what they agreed to with FOA vs what was (or was not) delivered — specifically the IP sublicense that FOA did pay them for, and the haphazard way that OTA’s had been conducted leading to the bricking of several cars?

Those were our questions that we wanted to ask and indiGO answered all of them. I can’t help if you think they were not “difficult” enough. We did talk about the failure of some OTA updates and that indiGO is greatly aware of their need to improve. There’s a lot of he said/she said going on and the IP disagreement is a bit complicated. We’re not believing some of the FOA’s responses - some things I can’t talk about at this point. Suffice to say, blame can be shared by all parties involved. We will be having a future video interview with FOA in a couple weeks.

Ok, thanks for the clarification, Matt. Appreciate any insights you are at liberty to share, when it is possible to do so. Agree with the he said / she said sentiment — difficult as an owner to tell who is telling the truth. Appreciate your efforts to help the Fisker owner community. Keep the great work!
