Honestly we all can give a rough estimate guess and it around 68" wide without mirrors at minimum. Could just be around 71". But its not hard to figure out 2 mirrors about 3 - 6 inches wide multiply by 2 then minus that from overall width you will have rough idea where it is without mirrors.
68" W/O Mirrors is rather narrow for a vehicle that is 188" ... even 71" is rather narrow.
Every inch for the width - makes a big difference in the general look and stance of the vehicle.

Here is Tesla Y... which looks awkward... even with 84" width.

My only hope is the the dimension without mirrors is still about 76" assuming that the rear and front Flare is almost as big as the mirror width. An aggressive looking design... will be apt for a 3.8 second vehicle.

Hey, I think I started to draft my reply, and then finished it after your post. I agree with your items 2,3, and 4 but I thought I saw its as wide or wider than competition. I'll happily be corrected by apples to apples numbers.

I've driven the Ioniq5, and opened up the hatch and had a poke around. Its a great car, but the fastback cuts into cargo space. The passenger volume area is also excellent, very airy feeling. So yes when you fold the seats down you get a lot. Everyone has a different idea of what enough cargo space is.

Edit: model Y is wider than ocean, ocean wider than I5, mach-e
Model Y minus mirrors is much narrower than Ocean minus mirrors... is that true? the pictures of Ocean look wider, a least.

Who has seen them both in person and has an opinion? Im going to guess the mirrors might only add an inch to each side because of the way they are set in compared to the fenders. I'm sure the Y and Ocean are very close.

Hmm, while I've never seen them side by side, and the Ocean I saw was on exhibit indoors (which may skew the dimensions), I though the Ocean looked much wider than the Y. The view of the Ocean from the back seemed very wide.

If you look at my post above, I explain why the Ocean most likely is poor with cargo.

I would wish the Ocean was as decent as the Ioniq 5 with cargo. I think you haven't seen actually how big it is. It beats everything but a Model X.
They have also stated that they were able to squeeze more space out of the production models. It probably won't be much more but they have not released the dimensions for those reasons. I think it is safe to say it will not be a segment leader in cargo space but if you add in the below-the-floor space (which no one has) and the tweaks they have hopefully made, I bet it will be livable. I am coming from a Honda CRZ so any amount of space will feel like I have a flatbed trailer behind me. But if cargo space is the primary purchasing factor, this might not be the right vehicle.

I'm just hoping it's more than my current Model 3. I know it will not be anywhere as large as the Model Y.
